THE ELITE STUDENTS
Our program is designed for middle and high school students. We do our best to assess every applicant and diversify the classes to get the most out of the various personalities and ages. It’s part of our mission to make each of our students learn what their superpowers are and to develop confidence to become well rounded professionals. We design our program to give students a platform to speak freely but also respectfully, to make decisions with conviction, and always stay engaged with the tasks presented to them. In this way, we give our students the most rewarding experiences to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
THE ELITE COACHES
We recruit leaders with diverse professional experiences and career backgrounds that instruct rather than lecture our students. We refer to our instructors as Elite Coaches, because much like the positive rallying and lessons coaches are respectfully known for, we train our Elite Coaches to influence in similar ways. We expect our students to drive the programs with the Elite Coaches present to help facilitate the discovery and redirect when students may get off course.
THE ELITE CLIENT
Every project will kick off with a briefing with the Elite Client. We will familiarize students with the introduction of this main focal character of every project brief. Students will develop an understanding that their objective is to analyze, design, and implement solutions that meet the needs of the Elite Client.
