Our Values

ELITE MINDS VALUE #1
WE BELIEVE ASPECTS OF LIFE CAN BE INTERPRETED AS A PROJECT.
We’re such big advocates of problem based learning because no matter what career path our children decide to walk one day, there will always be tasks that can be digested and completed with the same basic principles of working through a project. With our curriculum, our students will learn responsibility, accountability, and how to work collaboratively.

ELITE MINDS VALUE #2
FAILURE IS NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS TO BE LEARNED.
Our projects and experiences are not designed to be graded in a traditional sense. We’re about assessments and communicating the outcomes collectively. We will always make clear to our students that failure in life will happen and it’s how we deal and learn from them. Our objective will be to make students realize they become better when they can recognize and grow from fall backs.

ELITE MINDS VALUE #3
THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX IS JUST THE BEGINNING.
Creativity is all about thinking abstractly and is intertwined with successful problem solving. We will always encourage our students to think beyond the expected because true creative thoughts are the way to come up with the most rewarding solutions.

ELITE MINDS VALUE #4
LITTLES INSPIRE BIGS AS MUCH AS BIGS HELP LITTLES.
Just as we may expect the older students to become influences for the younger students, we expect the older students to learn positive impact from the behavior of the younger students. We make sure that we arrange our curriculums and projects with a mix of ages. The main purpose is to strengthen emotional intelligence as we believe these are not skills taught but learned only through collaborative and challenging experiences.

ELITE MINDS VALUE #5
WE'RE PREPARING OUR STUDENTS TO BECOME GLOBAL CITIZENS.
We embrace diversity in every way. Varying backgrounds and varying cultures make us unique individuals. Our future feels brighter when we practice kindness and acceptance of our differences. It’s important to us that our students understand this early in their social development, as we acknowledge our future world will become more and more connected.
